Maintenance Program
Moore’s Septic Services schedules a maintenance visit every six months to clean your effluent filter, maintain your aerator motor and pump, and track sludge buildup over time. You’ll work directly with the owner, and your next visit stays on the schedule.
What’s Included at Each Visit
Aerator motor and pump maintenance
I service the aerator motor and aerator pump as applicable to your system.
Sludge level measurement and history
I measure and record the sludge level at each visit. Comparing those readings over time helps me advise you on when your tank is due for pumping.
When Will My Tank Need Pumping?
The six-month schedule is for maintenance visits. I use your sludge readings and system needs to recommend when to schedule a pump-out.
